For background, roll out white fondant 1/16 in.
thick. Cut circles using largest round cutter from
set. Attach to top of cookies using damp brush.
Tint fondant rose, violet and orange for petals,
yellow for flower centers. Roll out 1/16 in. thick
as needed. For flower center, cut a 4 x 3/8 in.
strip. Use quilling tool from set to create a 3/4 in.
diameter circle; attach. For each petal, cut a
7 1/2 x 3/8 in. strip. With tool, shape loose spiral
to form a 1 in. diameter circle; pinch at end to
shape petal. Attach six petals to each cookie
with damp brush.
