Roll out dough, cut out circle, move cutter over 3/8 in. and cut again forming a crescent moon shape; make 9. Bake and cool.
Fill silicone baking cup 1/2 full with melted candy; refrigerate until set; unmold.
To decorate cookie, print tip 1 red message, tip 3 brown zigzag for trunk and tip 3 green pull-out leaves. Pipe tip 3 red/yellow dot ornaments and tip 16 yellow star.
Attach cookie to candy base with melted candy. Attach 5 crescent rings in back and 4 in front with melted candy. Attach 1 ring at time, hold in place until set and refrigerate until firm. Repeat process for each ring.
Pipe tip 3 white beads around backs of each ring. Pipe tip 8 white dot on top and position gumball.
