1 day in advance: Make cookie tunnels. Prepare
and roll out dough. Use pattern to cut out tunnels.
Bake and cool cookies. Ice smooth with black
royal icing. Pipe tip 8 brown dots around curved
edge for stones. Pat smooth with finger dipped in
cornstarch. Let dry 24 hours on waxed papercovered
boards. Attach lollipop stick to back with
icing, allowing 1 in. of stick to extend at bottom.
