Decorate teal cookie.Tint a 5/8 in. white fondant ball orange, a 1/2 in. ball lemon yellow, a 1/2 in. ball teal and a 1/4 in. ball leaf green/lemon yellow combination (for green). Roll out all colors 1/16 in. thick.
For tie, use knife to cut an orange strip, 1/2 in. wide x 2 in. long. Trim end to a V-shape. For knot, cut an orange strip, 3/8 in. x 3/8 in. Use narrow end of tip 8 to cut lemon yellow circles for polka dots. Use damp brush to attach knot and polka dots to tie. For pocket, cut a teal square, 5/8 in. x 5/8 in. Trim one edge in a V-shape. For pocket trim, cut a green strip, 1/8 in. wide x 5/8 in. long. Use damp brush to attach all pieces to cookie.
