Hold tip 3 at a 90° angle to surface. With Royal Icing, pipe one 1/2 in. diameter dot for flower center and ten 1/4 in. diameter dots for flower sides on waxed paper. Let dry.
On a separate sheet of waxed paper, use tip 3 to pipe outline star shape. Let dry.
Attach dots to star with tip 3 and royal icing. Let set.
