To make turkey, tint fondant brown and mold pieces following pattern.
Attach legs and wings to turkey with brush dipped in small amount of water.
To make serving platter, tint small amount of fondant gray and cut out pattern. Position turkey in center of platter. Roll small pieces of red fondant for tomatoes, add green stems. Position on plate. For lettuce, roll small pieces of green fondant and feather edges with finger to resemble leaves. Position on platter.
