Scalloped Icing on a Gingerbread Roof
There's no need to have a plain roof if you have a spatula on hand. Many different textures can be created by using a spatula to make a look of fallen snow, shingles and stucco.
Instructions:
Step 1
Ice roof smooth.
Step 2
Starting at the bottom edge of the roof and working up toward the peak, use tip of spatula to imprint scallops.
