Covering Cookies with Color Flow or Royal Icing

Make Color Flow or Royal Icing; follow recipe directions to thin full strength icing.
Place cooled cakes or cookies on cooling rack positioned over cookie sheet or pan.
Pour or pipe icing on center of item, tap lightly to level icing & remove air bubbles so that icing drips down and covers sides. Let dry.
