Instructions:
Step 1

Pipe on waxed paper Prepare the decorating bag with Tip 12 and fill 1/2 full with stiff consistency royal icing. Hold the hold bag at a 45° angle. Lightly touch tip to surface.
Step 2

Start squeezing, applying a steady, even pressure. As the icing begins to build up, Move the tip to let shape build, keep its end buried in the icing. To complete your shape, stop squeezing as you bring the end of the tip to the surface. Pipe tip 12 head. Tuck tip into basic shape, apply pressure and move tip too create round shape. Stop squeezing and pull away. Pat smooth and let dry.
Step 3

For standing legs, pipe tip 5 on pretzel sticks. Let dry.
Step 4

Attach legs to dried sheep. Add tip 3 hooves with Black icing. Pipe tip 81 ears. Pipe zigzag fur with white icing with tip 13. Add tip 1 dot facial features.
