Fondant Ribbon Candy


Step 1

Roll fondant into three logs, 1/8 in. to 1/4 in. each. Or, use Wilton Decorative Press Set to create log using single circle insert. Press logs together.

Step 2

Roll out fondant logs lengthwise and cut to desired width.

Step 3

Stand on fondant on end. Shape by loosely pleating.

Step 4

Attach ribbon candy to gingerbread with icing.
