Prepare each of the five pans with Bake Easy Cake Pan spray. Divide and distribute cookie dough between pans; press down to shape.
Bake at 325° for 17 to 19 minutes, or until golden brown. Place on rack to cool, about 15 minutes. Carefully remove and place cookies top side up.
Using star tip, pipe number in center of cookies. Pipe stars around border, alternating colors.
Using round tip, over pipe numbers.
