Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love, Love, LOVE to make this cake - it is so much fun to watch people's reaction when they realize a) it's a cake and b) there isn't REALLY a bite taken out of it...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from this was so cute! at first glance, EVERYONE thought this was a giant ice cream bar! i made it with Angel Food Cake, so even when it was cut, it still resembled an ice cream bar. this was such an awesome idea! perfect for summer!
