Will I lose my Bookmarks if I upgrade the Wilton Cake Ideas & More App?
No, you will not lose your Bookmarks if you upgrade to a new version of the Wilton Cake Ideas & More App. However, if you Delete the App prior to upgrading your App, you will lose your Bookmarks. As such, we recommend that you do NOT delete your App before upgrading.

If I purchase ideas on my iPhone or my iPad, will I be able to view them from both devices without having to purchase them twice?
Yes. If you make a purchase from one device and would like to view the ideas on the other device, you just need to go to the "Restore Purchases" section in the Settings view in the App. Please note, you must be logged into the App Store with the same Apple ID and password to restore purchases.

Why does the App crash when I try to launch my iPad and iPhone App?

Please make sure you update your App to the most current version (v1.5.1).

We have determined that some users have encountered this problem when there is insufficient space on their iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch. In order for the App to run properly we recommend that you have at least 250 MB (.25 GB) of unused space on your device. To determine how much space you have available, launch Apple's "Settings" App and select the "General" option. Once you are in the "General" section, select "About". The unused space on your device is then listed next to "Available". Remove Apps, photos, videos, etc. to free up more unused space on your device. Once you have at least 100 MB of available space, delete the Wilton App and reinstall it. This should resolve this problem. If not, please contact us at appsupport@wilton.com.

What should I do if I get the following error message?

  1. Delete the Wilton App
  2. Turn your device completely off
  3. Turn the device back on
  4. Reinstall the Wilton App

In most cases this should resolve this problem.

3. Available and Used Space - Go to the Settings App and select "General" then "Usage" and let us know how much space is Available and how much space is Used.
