Bake and cool cake using firm-textured
batter such as pound cake. Use Cake
Leveler to trim cake to 1 in. high. Cut circles
using medium Round Cut-Out. Ice bottom
with melted candy. Set candy side down on
waxed paper-covered board; chill until set.
Set candy side down on cooling grid over
waxed paper covered pan. Pour on melted
candy to cover. Chill until set.
fondant assorted colors and roll out 1/8 in.
thick. Cut 1 x 5 1/2 in. strips. Attach around
cakes using damp brush. Smooth seam
with fingers. Paint hearts using Pearl Dust.
