Trace spirals. Draw a freehand spiral pattern on parchment-covered cake board. Cover pattern with parchment paper.
Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use yellow and blue from primary candy color set and pink and green from garden candy color set to tint portions of melted white candy.
Use pattern and melted candy in cut decorating bag to pipe one spiral in each color for each treat. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Assemble spirals. On parchment-covered board, use dots of melted candy to attach one spiral on top of another. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes. Attach third spiral on top of the second spiral. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes. Attach fourth spiral on top of the third spiral. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes. Turn assembled spirals over. Use dots of melted candy to attach stick to spirals, about 1 in. from top. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Make cupcakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cupcakes in baking cups.
Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Use spatula to ice cupcakes smooth. Insert lollipop.
