Sweet and Spicy Pecans Recipe


These are the perfect bar snack, served with or without a cocktail. Sweet gives way to heat, subtly at first from Warm Cinnamon Graham Flavor, and then building to a chipotle kick. The sugar and spice combo and the addictive crunch will have you munching through an entire batch.
Makes: Makes about 2 cups.

Step 1

Prepare cookie pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In large skillet, cook pecans over medium heat 3-4 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Add butter; stir until melted. Add salt and chipotle pepper. Stir in sugar, water and Warm Cinnamon Graham Flavor; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until pecans are evenly coated. Immediately remove from heat and pour onto prepared pan in one layer. Let cool completely.
