Sugar Cookie Pie Recipe


We've transformed a delicious cookie recipe into a buttery sweet pie! The Wilton Limited Edition Candy Melts® candy mixed into the dough makes it sweet tooth worthy. Bake in a 9 in. pie pan, slice and serve warm with a large scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. It will be your new favorite Christmas dessert.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 9 in. pie pan with vegetable pan spray.
Step 2
In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extract; mix well. Combine flour and salt; add to butter mixture. Beat until well blended. Stir in chopped Sugar Cookie Candy Melts Candy. Press dough into pan.
Step 3
Bake 23-25 minutes or until light brown around edges. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
