Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 9 in. pie pan with vegetable pan spray.
In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extract; mix well. Combine flour and salt; add to butter mixture. Beat until well blended. Stir in chopped Sugar Cookie Candy Melts Candy. Press dough into pan.
Bake 23-25 minutes or until light brown around edges. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
