Decorate cookies. Prepare royal icing following recipe directions. Tint
portions red-red/black combination (for red) and a small amount lemon
yellow/ivory combination (for yellow). Use tip 2 and full-strength red icing
to outline heart cookies. Use thinned red icing in cut disposable bag to flow
in heart cookies. Immediately use tip 1 and thinned yellow icing to pipe dots.
Use toothpick to slightly pull out bottom to resemble seeds.
For round cookies, use tip 2 and full-strength yellow icing to outline cookies.
Use thinned yellow icing in cut disposable bag to flow in cookies. On one
cookie, immediately position yellow Sugar Pearls. Let all cookies dry 24 hours.
