Make cake pops. Prepare large cake balls following recipe directions. Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Dip the end of the lollipop stick in melted candy. Insert lollipop stick into cake ball all the way through, leaving 1/2 inch of stick showing above cake pop. Add candy to top and bottom of cake near stick to reinforce. Place on parchment covered cookie pan. Chill at least 2 hours.
Candy coat cake pops. Re-melt white candy. Dip pop into melted candy. Tap lightly to smooth surface and remove excess candy. Place in stand and chill until set, about 10-15 minutes.
Prepare candy for decorating cake pops. Make two parchment bags. Tint about 2 oz. melted white candy gray with black Candy color. Melt orange Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Place melted candy in parchment bags.
Decorate cake pops. Using the large end of tip 2A as guide, press lightly to imprint 4 circles on sides of cake pop. Cut small hole in tip of parchment bags. Outline circle imprints with orange candy. Chill until set, about 5-10 minutes. With gray candy, pipe details inside circles. Chill 5-10 minutes. Attach icing decoration against end of stick with melted candy. Chill until set, 5-10 minutes.
