Star Graduate Mini Cupcake is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This cupcake was cute and enjoyed by all. I practiced making it for an upcoming graduation from high school. I used mini peanut butter cups inverted so the widest part was on the bottom with chocolate covered graham cookies (small) on top ... attached a tiny tassel with fruit roll up cut and attached with frosting ... thanks for the cute idea ... love the cap and confetti finishing touch on the frosted cupcake ...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great and Easy idea for a graduation class, especially for kindergartner's. They love cupcakes and this technique was super easy. Ice the cupcake, add sprinkles and "top" it off with the royal icing cap.
