In advance: Make topper. Use black edible marker and
largest circle cutter to trace two circles on shiny side of light
pink edible paper. Use marker and second largest circle
cutter to trace one circle on shiny side of light yellow edible
paper. Cut out circles.
Use edible colors and birthday cake
stamp to stamp design on yellow circle. Let dry.
Attach pink circles, shiny sides together with melted candy;
Attach yellow circle with edible adhesive.
lollipop stick to back using melted candy, leaving 3 in.
extended at bottom to insert into cake. Let set.
