St. Patrick’s Day Rainbow & Gold Doughnuts
Irish eyes will be smiling with these cute Pot o’ Gold Doughnuts! Featuring a festive green batter and bright Gold Pearlized Sugar, these St. Patrick’s Day sweets are the perfect way to kick off your morning.

Bake and cool doughnuts. Prepare doughnut batter following recipe instructions. Tint batter with one drop Color Right blue base color and two drops yellow base color. Bake and cool doughnuts.
Make glaze icing. Prepare glaze following recipe instructions. Dip top of doughnuts into glaze and transfer to cooling grid.
Decorate doughnuts. Sprinkle bottom half of glaze on doughnut with pearlized sugar. Let icing set, about 30 minutes.
Using coupler, attach tip 2 to red icing tube. Pipe thin arch on top half of doughnut. Repeat with remaining icing: orange, yellow, green, blue and violet.
