Prepare and roll out dough. For each treat cut
one square, 4 in. x 4 in., and one tree using
triangle tree cutter from set. Trim off tree
trunk. Bake and cool cookies.
Outline square cookie using tip 8 and fullstrength
gray icing; flow in using thinned
red icing. Let icing set for 10 to 15
minutes; sprinkle with red sugar. Let dry.
Outline tree with tip 2 and full-strength gray
icing; flow in with thinned icing. Let icing set
for 10 to 15 minutes; sprinkle heavily with
silver sugar. Let dry. Brush grey outlines with
silver Pearl Dust.
Tint half of fondant green, half violet. Use
jewelry mold to make 10 small round gems for
each treat. Let dry. Brush with matching Pearl
Dust. Attach tree to square and gems to tree
with tip 2 icing dots. Let set.
