Smiles From Santa Cupcakes is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you are making a large batch of these (I made 2 dozen) I recommend doing step one on all of the cupcakes first then step 2 and so on. It only took me 45 minutes. I also used a star tip for the white icing. I liked the way it looked much better. Very cute idea!!!!! Thanks Wilton:) Happy Holidays!
