Mold candy skeletons. Melt white Candy Melts candy in disposable decorating bag according to package directions. Use melted white candy to fill skeleton mold, excluding small arm and leg bone cavities, about half way. Tap mold to smooth and remove air bubbles. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. Gently flex mold to unmold candy skeleton pieces. Reserve remaining melted white candy.
Dip pretzels. Melt dark cocoa Candy Melts candy in container according to package directions. Dip pretzels in melted dark cocoa candy. Tap on edge of container to smooth and remove air bubbles. Place on parchment paper-covered cake board. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Decorate candy-coated pretzels. Use reserved melted white candy to attach candy skeleton pieces to pretzels. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
