Shimmering Christmas Cookie Wreath

Make cookie leaves and bow. Prepare cookie dough following recipe directions. Press into leaf and bow cavities. Bake and cool completely.
Prepare royal icing. Tint portions light moss green, dark moss green and red.
Decorate bow. Use tip 2 and full-strength red icing to outline bow. Use tip 2 and thinned red icing to fill in bow. Let dry until set.
Decorate leaves. Use tip 2 and full-strength light moss green icing to outline leaf. Use tip 2 and thinned light moss green to fill in leaves. Let dry until set.
Use tip 3 and full-strength dark moss green icing to pipe outline veins on leaves. Use tip 5 and full-strength red icing to pipe ball berries. Let dry until set.
Add accents to leaves. Use piping gel and brush to brush berries. Sprinkle with red sugar.
Crush white Cake Sparkles with rolling pin. Use piping gel and a cut parchment bag to pipe piping gel in random places on leaves. Sprinkle with crushed white Cake Sparkles.
