Spray pan with vegetable pan spray. Prepare hot roll mix following package instructions; if desired, knead in shredded cheese. Press dough into prepared pan. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
When completely cooled, cut hole in bread, almost completely through; spoon in Spinach Dip.

This is an easy, tasty recipe. I made it for St. Patrick's Day and took it to work. I bought Yoder's spinach dip. Very good dip. Everyone loved the shamrock shaped bread.
