Prepare batter. Fill mini heart cavities
only half full. Bake and cool brownies. Ice
bottoms with melted candy. Place candyside
down on waxed paper-covered board;
chill until firm.
Place candy-side down on
Cooling Grid over waxed paper-covered
Cookie Sheet. Cover with melted candy. Use knife tip to poke hole in center
of point; dip end of Cookie Stick in melted
candy and insert. Let set.
Tint 1 oz. fondant
rose; reserve 2 oz. white. Roll out 1/16 in. thick
as needed. Cut white hearts using second
smallest cutter from set; attach with dots of
candy. Cut rose hearts using smallest cutter;
attach. Pipe tip 1 lines, about 1/8 in. apart,
over rose hearts.
