Step 1

Bake cake 1 1/2 in. deep in sheet pan and cool.

Step 2

Use Santa Hat cutter to cut desired amount of cakes.

Step 3

Place cakes on cooling grid positioned over cookie sheet. Cover cake with melted red candy; let set.

Step 4

Mix coconut with melted white candy. Position mixture for pom pom and trim on hat brim; let dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a really cute holiday cake. You can add sprinkles for a little more color if you like, it's adorable. When possible, a dense cake is better for cutting. Also, you can pop the cake in the freezer for 30 min. to make cutting easier. Have fun!
