Prepare candy clay one day in advance. Prepare candy clay following recipe directions. Prepare one batch using red Candy Melts candy and half a batch using green Candy Melts candy. Reserve melted green candy.
Make brownie pops. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool brownies. Cool. Dip cookie sticks into melted green candy and insert into pops. Chill until set 3 to 5 minutes.
Create roses. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 2 1/2 oz. red candy clay per treat 1/16 in. thick. Use smallest round (2 1/4 in.) cutter from set to cut seven circles per treat. Use large ball tool from set and purple foam to soften petal edges.
Use melted candy to attach two center petals in interlocking pattern. Arrange five additional petals with petals overlapping each other and use melted candy to attach. Fold petals back slightly to give illusion of movement.
Add leaves. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 3/4 in. ball of green candy 1/16 in. thick. Use small leaf Cut-Out to cut three leaves, reversing the cutter for one of them. Use melted candy to attach leaves to the base of rose. Chill until set 5 minutes.
