Step 1

2 DAYS IN ADVANCE

Bake and cool 9 in. x 13 in. sheet cake. Use cake leveler to level to 1 1/4 in. high. Use largest round Cut-Out to imprint cake. Use knife to cut mini cakes.

Step 2

Cover cakes. Place cakes on cooling grid over pan. Cover cakes with poured white decorator icing. Let set.

Step 3

1 DAY IN ADVANCE

Decorate blossom garter pillow (A). Use 9 in. fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use fondant trimmer to cut a strip, 3/4 in. x 12 in. Place on thin shaping foam; use large ball tool from 10-pc. gum paste/fondant tool set to thin bottom edge. Use damp brush to attach around bottom half of pillow, thinned edge down. Shape pleats on top edge as you go and let bottom edge fan out to form ruffle.

Cut a second strip as above for top half of pillow. Thin top edge. Attach, thinned edge up, shaping pleats as above. Cut a strip 1/8 in. x 8 in. Use damp brush to attach around pillow to cover center seam.

Roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use ejector from flower cutter set to cut three small blossoms. Place on thin foam; use small ball tool to thin edges. Attach to front of pillow with damp brush. Use piping gel to attach one white Sugar Pearl to each blossom center.

Step 4

Decorate ribbon rose pillow (B). Roll out white fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use fondant trimmer to cut a strip, 3/4 in. x 12 in. Place on thin foam; use large ball tool to thin edges. Use damp brush to attach to lower half of pillow, shaping pleats on top edge as you go and letting bottom edge fan out to form ruffle. Trim as needed. Cut a strip, 3/8 in. x 12 in. Attach to upper half of pillow, shaping tighter pleats as you go. Leave a 3/4 in. space in the front; trim as needed. Repeat with additional strips as needed.

Make three ribbon roses using strips, 1/4 in. x 4 in. Place on thin foam and thin edges using small ball tool. Use knife to trim bottom of rose flat. Attach in open space of pillow with damp brush.

Step 5

Decorate pearl strand pillow (C). Roll out white fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use fondant trimmer to cut a strip, 1/8 in. x 8 in. Use damp brush to attach around center of pillow.

Use wide end of tip 2A to cut 10 circles. Use knife to trim 1/4 in. off top of each circle. Use piping gel to attach cut edge to sides of pillow just above center strip. Let round bottom edge flare out from pillow; support openings with paper napkin for about 1 hour.

Roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use ejector from gum paste flower cutter set to cut 10 small blossoms. Place on thin foam; use small ball tool to thin edges. Use damp brush to attach a blossom to center of each circle. Use piping gel to attach one Sugar Pearl to each blossom center and a line of Sugar Pearls around pillow at top edge of circles.
