Prepare cookie dough. Roll out dough and cut cookies using Snowflake Cookie Cutters. Bake cookies and cool thoroughly on cooling grid. Prepare royal icing.
Divide icing and tint Red-Red, Terra Cotta, Brown; reserve white. Use tip 2
outline reindeer head in terra cotta and antlers in brown. Thin icing and flow in background color using a cut parchment bag. Let dry overnight.
Use full-strength brown icing, pipe 2 dot eyes, string mouth and pipe-in nose. Use full-strength red icing, pipe ears. Use full strength white icing, pipe balls on top of head, immediately add white nonpareils.

The reindeer cookie made out of the bell cutout, is the cutest. I use a heart cutout and make a santa face with the upside down heart. Mini marshmallow for hat pompom, coconut for the beard and band on the hat....decorate as desired for the face.
