Irresistible Nut Clusters |

- Parchment Paper or Waxed Paper
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups Dark or Light Cocoa Candy Melts®*
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2-3 Drops Cherry or Raspberry Candy Flavoring (optional)
- 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (such as peanuts, honey roasted peanuts, almonds, pecans and walnuts)
*Brand confectionery coating.
Melt Candy Melts according to package directions. Stir in nuts, mixing until nuts are completely coated with candy. Drop by heaping tablespoons on parchment or waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until set. If desired, drizzle with contrasting melted candy.
Makes about 12 clusters.
