Ingredients:

• Brown, Black, No-Taste Red, Lemon Yellow Icing Colors
• Cake Sparkles™ - Orange, Yellow, Red
• Buttercream Icing
• Cornstarch

Ice cupcakes smooth. Pipe tip 12 ball body and head (flatten and smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip 2 outline feet and wattle. Add tip 2 pull-out beak and tip 1 dot eyes. Pipe two tip 349 pull-out wings on sides. Sprinkle on Cake Sparkles™ feathers, starting with a layer of yellow, then orange, then red.

Each serves 1.
