Ingredients:

1/3 cup pineapple preserves

3 tablespoons orange juice

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks drained
Makes: Glaze serves 1/2 cup.
instructions
In small saucepan, combine pineapple preserves, orange juice, brown sugar
and cloves.
Heat until preserves are melted.
Stir in pineapple, cook about 5
minutes or until pineapple is heated through.
Remove from heat.
Spoon over ham
30 minutes before the end of baking time.
Before serving, ladle glaze over ham
slices.
