Ingredients:

• Red-Red and Royal Blue Icing Colors
• Buttercream Icing

Ice cake sides smooth. Mark 5/8 in. wide stripe areas on cake top with toothpick. Cover cake top with tip 16 stars. Add tip 18 star bottom border.
