Fruit Tarts |

Ingredients:
- 1 package (15 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts
- Cream Cheese Spread
- Assorted fresh fruit
Preheat oven 375°F. Roll dough on lightly floured surface to 11-inch round. Turn tart mold over and cutout six pastry shells. Press into bottom and sides of mold. Prick dough with fork. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
Spread one tablespoon cream cheese mixture into each tart. Top with assorted fresh fruit.
Each tart servers 1.
Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients:
- 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon peel
Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Makes approximately 1/2 cup.
