Melt Candy Melts® according to package directions.
In large mixing bowl, combine melted candy with popcorn and jimmies or nonpareils; stir until all popcorn is candy coated.
Immediately press into balls and place in baking cups.
While still soft, add icing decorations to popcorn ball. Let set until firm.
