Thinned Fondant Adhesive

Use this mixture when attaching dried fondant to other fondant decorations or for attaching freshly-cut fondant pieces to lollipop sticks or florist wire.

Ingredients:

• White Ready-To-Use White Fondant 1 oz. (1 ½ in. ball)
• 1/4 teaspoon water

Knead water into fondant until it becomes softened and sticky. To attach a fondant decoration, place mixture in decorating bag fitted with a small round tip, or brush on back of decoration.

Recipe may be doubled.
