Gooey Graves Candy

Ingredients:

Place white Candy Melts® in bowl; melt in microwave oven for 40 seconds on low or 40% power. Spoon melted candy into ghost candy molds. Tap mold on counter to remove air bubbles; place in refrigerator until set. Unmold. Fill parchment or disposable bag with dark cocoa Candy Melts®. Microwave on low or 40% power until melted, about 10 seconds. Knead bag until mixture is smooth. Cut tiny opening in bag; add facial features to ghosts. Let set.

For Graves:

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons ghost sprinkles mix + additional as desired
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • Leaf green icing color
  • 2 cups rice cereal
  • 6 chocolate-covered graham cracker cookies
  • 1/2 cup orange Candy Melts®
  • Non-stick spray

Spray petite loaf pans with non-stick spray. Sprinkle lightly with sprinkles. Melt butter in large saucepan; add marshmallows. Cook and stir until melted. (To prevent the rice cereal mixture from sticking, spray spoon and saucepan with non-stick spray before using.) Add icing color; stir until well blended. Stir in rice cereal and mix well. Press mixture into prepared pans. Cool. Remove rice cereal "graves" to waxed paper covered surface; add more ghost sprinkle mix, if desired.

For Tombstones:

Place orange Candy Melts® in disposable decorator bag. Microwave on low or 40% power until melted. Cut small opening in bag; use to decorate chocolate covered graham cracker cookie "tombstones" with zigzag lines and letters. Cut lollipop sticks in half and attach to the back of the cookies with melted candy. Let dry. Insert sticks into graves to secure tombstones.

Attach candy ghosts where desired with melted candy.
