Heading for Truffles

Ingredients:

Make hearts using candy shell method. Refrigerate until firm. Fill shell with truffle mixture. Pour melted candy on top of filled molds to seal. Refrigerate until firm. Keep in refrigerator; remove one at a time to decorate. Pipe scrollwork with melted candy in cut parchment bag. Return immediately to refrigerator until ready to serve.

Each serves 1.
