Ingredients:
- Icing Colors
- Buttercream Icing or Ready-To-Use Decorator Icing
- Round sugar cookies
Ice surface smooth with spatula.
Add round tip 3 candles, using 5 lines for each candle.
Add round tip 3 lines and dots for accents and wicks.
Add star tip 18 pull out stars for flames.
Each cookie serves 1.
