instructions
Ice top and sides of cake smooth.
Outline body, facial features and blanket with
tip 4.
Pipe in tip 4 eyes, nose and inside of ears (smooth with finger dipped
in cornstarch).
Position bottle in hand. Pipe tip 4 outline of hand over bottle.
Add tip 4 dot eye highlights.
Pipe tip 4 mound for pacifier base (smooth with
finger dipped in cornstarch). Add candy for pacifier handle.
Mound icing with spatula in blanket area. Cover blanket with tip 363 stars. Add
tip 4 pull-out fringe.
Cover bear with tip 16 stars.
Add tip 363 shell border.
Position blocks.
