Using patterns, cut, bake and cool 1 cap, 1 wing and 1 beak/bunting cookie. Ice all but wing smooth, building up icing on front of bunting.
Trace beak opening and bunting opening with spatula. Attach 8 marshmallows to beak/bunting cookie for support.
Ice cake smooth. Outline stork head, body and legs with tip 4; position cookies.
Cover body and head with tip 20 stars.
Fill in legs with tip 8 beads.
Pipe tip 4 pull out feet; add tip 4 dot eye and pupil.
Cover wing with tip 366 pull out star feathers; add tip 366 pull out star knot on bunting.
Pipe tip 2A ball baby head.
Add tip 2 dot feet and toes.
Pipe tip 1 facial features.
Add tip 8 ball cloud bottom border.
