Mediterranean Cheese Spread |

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (4 oz.) crumbed feta cheese with basil and tomatoes*
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup very finely chopped ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- Assorted crackers and cocktail breads
- Celery sticks
- Cucumber or zucchini slices
In large bowl, beat cream cheese, feta cheese and butter with electric mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and garlic; mix well. Stir in olives and chives. Chill.
Fill Dessert Decorator with spread. Attach tip; pipe spread onto crackers, celery sticks, cucumber or zucchini slices.
*If desired, substitute 1 package (4 oz.) plain feta cheese, 1 teaspoon dried basil and 2 tablespoons finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil.
Makes about 2 cups.
