Ingredients:

1/3 cup almond paste

1/2 cup honey

1 egg yolk

1 egg
-
2 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ginger

1/2 teaspoon crushed aniseed

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup sugar

vegetable pan spray
Makes: Serves 4-5 molds.

Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray and flour molds. Tap to remove excess flour.
Beat together almond paste, honey, sugar and eggs.
Combine flour, spices and
salt; stir into egg mixture to make dough stiff (dough will be sticky).
Divide
dough into each mold, using plastic wrap or a plastic bag sprayed with vegetable
pan spray on fingers to prevent sticking.
Prick dough with fork. Bake 12-15
minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove from molds. Cool.
