Preheat oven to 375°F
In small bowl, combine melted butter and cinnamon candy flavor.
Roll out 1 piecrust at a time on lightly floured surface into a 12-inch round.
Cut out 8 oak or maple leaves with cookie cutters; place on ungreased cookie sheet (dough may be re-rolled for additional cookies).
Brush half of cookies with butter mixture and sprinkle with desired colored sugar.
Repeat with remaining pie crust.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove to cooling grid; cool completely.
If desired, mix 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon candy flavor into icing.
Spread icing on cooled cookies without sugar; top with sugared cookie.
