  • 1 (3 ounce) package wild berry or pineapple gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1/3 cup finely shredded carrots or
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries or cherries - rehydrated in boiling water 5 minutes, drained or
  • 1/3 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • Mayonnaise, sour cream or whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Place bowl in large bowl of ice and water. Let stand for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until gelatin is slightly thickened. Divide gelatin in half. Fold fruit (pineapple works best in pineapple gelatin and dried berries and carrots in berry gelatin.) Spray cavities lightly with pan spray. Place berry and pineapple mixtures in separate cavities.

Chill in refrigerator overnight. Pipe tip #3 facial features using mayonnaise, sour cream or whipped topping.

Recipe may be doubled.

Makes 4 bunnies.
