Snowman Brownies Say Happy Holidays
Planning a play date, sleepover or a children's party can be a time-consuming affair - but it doesn't have to be. Just a little preparation can keep kids happy without demanding much of a busy parent's time. Party-perfect, easy to decorate, and delicious to eat, these simple brownies are made with the best ingredients in baking: butter and eggs, brown sugar and flour. The end result is simple, but indulgent.
The mini snowman pan makes it easy to create a blizzard of these cute little guys - perfectly shaped snowmen, with hats and scarves in place. All they need is a dusting of confectioners´ sugar and the final touch of icing scarves, eyes, noses and buttons.
These blondies are versatile, too. They can be baked in a square pan and cut into bars or made ahead and frozen (when placed in an airtight container or wrapped tightly first). Thaw completely before decorating.
