Ways to Include Wilton Products in a Healthy Lifestyle

You can enjoy your favorite foods by making simple changes in preparation to make them healthier. Here are some tips for using Wilton products for healthy, everyday baking and cooking.

A Zester can be used to cut strips of citrus for garnishing foods. Fresh zest can take the place of high fat toppings. Instead of soda, try some mineral water with citrus juice and zest.

Comfort Grips™ can be used to make low fat krispie treats for your kids. Use healthy substitutions to make reduced fat cream cheese brownies in the 9 x 13 Decorator Preferred pan and cut into a variety of shapes.

Reduced fat refrigerated cookie dough works well with any of the Giant Cookie Pans. Decorate with low fat frosting and you have made a sweet treat a little healthier.

Mini Muffin Pans are great for a mini treat. Instead of indulging in a giant size muffin, you can just have a taste. Denying yourself favorite foods can cause you to overeat so a small amount should satisfy your sweet tooth.

Try our Meat Loaf Pan Set to keep the fats away from the meatloaf. A mixture of extra lean turkey and lean ground beef makes a good, low fat alternative to ground beef.

Loaf Pans are great for making quick breads, whether from scratch or a package. Add dried fruit to make your breads sweeter and more nutritious.

Meringue Powder replaces egg whites in many recipes. It is fat free and very low in calories.
